Overview
The purpose of this case study entails building POC for a website and embedding a chatbot into each page, which retrieves data from uploaded pdf, documents, ppt and text files.
Context and Challenge
Problem Statement:
The client aims to create a website and chatbot for multiple pages, incorporating a 360-degree tour of rooms or machines with authentication. The chatbot will utilize diverse documents (including PDFs, Word files, and PowerPoint presentations) pertaining to the room or machine as responses to inquiries within the chatbot specific to each page.
Project Goals and Objectives:
- Develop pages for a website featuring Power pages.
- Implement authentication for the pages and incorporate a 360-degree room/tour tour.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot and generative AI to construct a chatbot. Upload the relevant documents for the pages to the AI and change the workflow of the AI.
- Integrate a chatbot for each page linked to the tour.
- Validate the chatbot by testing it with questions extracted from the documents.
Challenges:
- Creating and Integrating the multiple chatbots to multiple pages.
- Setting up the node and modifying the topics for the chatbot.
Solution
- The website was built using Microsoft Power Pages, comprising multiple pages.
- Authentication was added to ensure secure access to the pages through login credentials.
- Integrated a 360-degree room or machine tour directly into the pages.
- Multiple chatbots were created, and relevant documents (including PDFs, Word files, and PowerPoint presentations) were uploaded to Copilot.
- Topics and nodes were adjusted to enhance interaction within the chatbots on each page.
- The Microsoft Copilot chatbot was seamlessly integrated into all pages of the website.
- Queries within the chatbot are addressed using the documents uploaded to Copilot.
